1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on this website for courses, eBooks, study material, tests, or subscriptions are non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Not attending or completing the course
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental or duplicate purchase
• Technical issues on your device (we will assist with access support, but not issue refunds)

2. Responsibility of the Buyer

3. Exceptions

The only exceptions where a refund may be considered are:

• If payment was made more than once for the same course due to a technical error
• If the course is permanently unavailable and no alternative is provided
